The Ocean Forest Property Owners Association Board has seven members. Four of the members are elected by the property owners for two-year terms. Each of the four Cottage Groups (Ocean, Forest, Dune and River) fills one seat on the Board. Sea Island appoints the remaining three members. Common Area expenses are shared equally between the property owners and Sea Island. Common Areas include the roads, street lights, landscaping and improvements on the right-of-ways, operation and maintenance of the entrance and gates. Services are provided to the Cottage Groups in accordance with the Ocean Forest Property Declaration and By-Laws.

 

The Board's Design Review Committee administers the Ocean Forest Design Guidelines and Construction Regulations. This process is required for all remodel and new construction requests. Administration of the Design Review Committee is coordinated by Bill Edenfield who can be reached from our Contacts Page.
